Experience at Sea,
Mastery at the Yard.

We set out in 2010, hosting sea lovers in Fethiye. In 2019 we carried the unrivalled charter experience of those years into our own workshop — no longer only chartering yachts, but building the boats of your dreams.

Fethiye, Türkiye Est. 2010 Custom gulets

It all began in 2010, welcoming our guests on the enchanting waters of Fethiye. Serving thousands of sea lovers over the years, we saw first-hand that exploring the Turkish coast aboard the right boat is far more than an ordinary holiday — it is an experience that touches the soul. We built our entire charter operation and our understanding of hospitality on that standard.

Those long years on the water taught us exactly what a yacht should make her guests feel. In 2019 we decided to crown that deep experience with production and founded our own yacht workshop. Just one year later we brought our masterpiece, the 37.2-metre Queen of Makri, to the water. Proudly listed on international superyacht platforms today, our signature yacht is the clearest expression of our vision.

Today at Megri Yachting we not only offer premium gulet and yacht charter services, but also build the boat best suited to your expectations — with care, from the first drawing to the last bolt, at our own workshop.

The strong infrastructure and experience gained through the successful charter operations we ran for many years under the BlueMore Yachting brand now continue entirely under the Megri Yachting roof — with the same quality and the same trust.

The Yard

One roof, one crew, one boat at a time.

Everything happens in the same shed: lofting, the keel, the hull, the deck and the cabinetry. Keeping the work in one place means the people who drew a detail are the people who build it.

It is a slow way to work, and an expensive one. It is also the only way we know to stand behind every plank we lay.

What we believe

Three quiet principles.

I
One at a time

We take a single commission, and we finish it before the next conversation begins. No overlap, no shared yard space, no divided attention.

II
Under one roof

Drawing, hull, deck, joinery, systems and finish — every part of every yacht is built in the shed in Fethiye, by the same small crew.

III
Done right

We would rather deliver late than deliver a boat with a detail that falls short of our standards.

The work

Most of a yacht is the part you cannot see.

A hull can be planked in a season. The interior — the fairing, the cabinetry, the run of every pipe and wire — is what takes the years. We treat every locker on the inside of the boat as carefully as the bow on the outside.

It is the kind of work that only reveals itself slowly. We are happy to wait, and so is the boat.

The name behind the company

Murat Taşdemir.

General Manager

Having turned his deep devotion to the sea into a seamless professional journey, Murat Taşdemir represents long-rooted experience built over many years in the yachting world. At the helm of Megri Yachting since 2010, he has shaped the strong, forward-looking identity the brand carries today.

As one of the most experienced names in the region's yachting scene, he knows guests' life aboard and a hull's harmony with the water down to the finest detail. That unbroken bond Taşdemir holds with the sea and the guest remains the defining force behind the spirit and architecture of every new design that leaves the workshop.

We never set out to run a shipyard. We set out to finish one boat we would be proud to sail.
