6.1 Reservation Process • All charter requests are subject to fleet availability. • A booking is only considered confirmed upon the receipt of the required deposit/prepayment. • Official confirmation documents will be delivered to the client via email once payment is verified. 6.2 Cancellations • Cancellation penalties and conditions vary based on the proximity to the departure date. • A comprehensive cancellation policy will be outlined within your formal charter agreement prior to booking. • Exceptions due to verifiable force majeure (unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
