We process your personal data on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, where it is mandatory for us to fulfil a legal obligation, where data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and — where none of the above grounds apply — your explicit consent.
We collect your personal data by automated or partly automated means through the forms on our website, email, telephone and your direct communication with us.
Except where required by law, we do not publicly share any information that personally identifies you. We may share your data only to the extent the service requires it — with the boat owners, agents and suppliers we work with to provide the service you request, with payment institutions, and with legally authorised public bodies and institutions. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for the retention periods required by the relevant legislation. When the purpose no longer exists and the legal retention period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
We take the commercially accepted technical and administrative measures required by the KVKK to protect the data we hold against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or alteration.
